First filter should be a metaverse selector – same as in the Explore or My Properties page. The user should be able to select only a single metaverse. This filter should filter out rents that have happened only for the selected metaverse. By default, the selected metaverse should be Decentraland.
Second filter should be a time period filter with a dropdown. The options should be:
Last 7 days – filtering all rents happened in the last 7 days
Last 30 days – filtering all rents happened in the last 30 days
All time – no filter – showing all rents that happened on the platform.
This filter should consider the time frame only for the rents that happened on the metaverse selected in the Metaverse selector.
By default, the selected time frame should be All time.
Third filter should be about the sizes of the lands. It will be different for the different metaverses. This filter is the same as the first filter in the More Filters menu on the Explore Page.
For Decentraland we should have Land, Estate and All sizes as options. Lands should filter only 1x1 plots whereas Estates should filter plots where any of the sizes >1. All sizes should include all Decentraland lands. Options should have tooltips.
Tooltip for Land - A Land is the smallest possible unit (1x1) in Decentraland.
Tooltip for Estate - An Estate is a collection of Lands (more than 1) that are grouped together.
For Voxels we should have Parcels, Unit, Inner and All sizes as options. The different options should represent the different types of lands in Voxels - same as in the More Filters menu. Size options here should also have tooltips
Tooltip for Parcel - Parcels, or plots, are buildable volumes that are at ground level.
Tooltip for Unit - Units are apartments and tend not to be at ground level. In other words, units are usually in a tower.
Tooltip for Inner - Turn-key parcels that come prebuilt directly from Voxels.
