the renter should not be able to choose a date/time before the start date (which is the most recent available date for rent)
the renter should be able to change the operator address
the summary is updated dynamically based on the selections
There is also a different screen when doing the transaction with USDC - you would need to first approve and then rent. Designs here.
Essentially we have two states for USDC:
When not approved - CTA Approve Active , Rent now Inactive
When already approved, there isn’t any action that can be done instead of rent now, thats why we have only one CTA and we don’t show approve in inactive state which is the next screen in Figma

If a property is available for renting, there should be a "Rent Now" button.
