Discovery for MMIS and E&E

• Ticket encompasses discovery for #2668
• Have Jerome enter an MMIS APD into the system as it stands now and see how it goes, what needs to change, what's missing to do an MMIS from our current HITECH template.
• Have other folks who were in the pilot, or previous testing who also do MMIS do the same
• User interviews for folks to tell us about their current MMIS process and frustrations and hopes

Secondary effects of this research study

• Work on a collaborative research process on the design team, especially collaboration around analysis, how to apply deep systems thinking within a group
• Use a trial of some transcription and research tools that might help speed analysis without reducing quality (e.g Dovetail, Descript, Notion)

I believe that with the new tickets that are being added to the board, we are able to close out the initial discovery of MES Expansion and move into more granular design times.
