[Design Issue] Redesign "Check" Illustration for Admin Check

The check illustration works well as an animation, but there has been feedback that it doesn't look like check mark. For some context, the illustration comes from our eAPD logo. This work can be a future enhancement, preferably done anytime after the rollout of MMIS V1. Admin Check Current Designs

This task is done when…

• [ ] Determine if we should redesign the existing check or redesign a new illustration, while maintaining the existing animation
• [ ] If we choose to scrap the design, we can design if we want to find an illustration elsewhere
• [ ] Design/ incorporate illustration into the admin check
• [ ] Design animation with the new illustration, to demonstrate the interaction design
• [ ] designs are approved by product
• [ ] if there is a long discussion, a summary of changes for dev will be added to the last comment before transfer
• [ ] a list of changes to be made if this is improving an existing feature
