[Design Issue] Create tags, recording, templates, research question pages for Dovetail

Some additional tasks need to be created to set up the dovetail for our upcoming research.

This task is done when…

• [x] Review Research Confluence page and add notes if need be
• [x] Review Dovetail and add notes
• [x] Create tags based on common tags and research questions
• [x] Create a research questions and goals page
• [x] Tag each research question to a corresponding tag
• [x] Create shell pages to house recordings with templated information about the participant
• [x] Create shell dovetail pages for each prototype page synthesis
• [ ] designs are shared
• [ ] designs are approved by product
