Removing prince endpoints, leaving the 508htm-to-508pdf endpoints only #59

Purpose

CARTS has migrated to the new endpoints in all environments

Approach

508html-to-408pdf endpoints were deployed simultaneously with prince endpoints for backward compatibility. Now that CARTS has confirmed they have migrated to the former, removing the latter.

Also updated the arch diagram to show the new endpoint names and not the old.

Will update arch in future PR to reflect the custom domain names, need to add Route53, DNS entries, and ACM certs
