Purpose

Upgraded 508 to serverless version 3 and upgraded the runtime node 14.

Approach

• Serverless framework was updated from version 2 to version 3 in the top level package.json.
• Runtime was updated from version 12 to version 14
• As many plugins in the sls plugin ecosystem made updates to accommodate v3, all sls plugins were updated to latest ( yarn upgrade pluginname --latest ). No issues were found.
• Deployment and app functionality was verified to work as intended.

@kenrickveit so my current branch and master are different. Yet, i'm not sure why the files changes aren't showing

@nnti can you try re-basing your branch and see if that helps? If not it might be easier to just open a new one after you'll pulled master locally and then re-apply the v3 and node 14 changes to your new branch.

ok rebase didn't work. I'm going to close this PR and create another PR in a different branch @kenrickveit
