Could not install mongo_fdw in 9.6.0 #67

Hi,

Try to setup MONGO_FDW in 9.6.0 is giving an insance : only supported in 9.2, 9.3 and 9.4 version of postgreSQL. Yes it's clear but when the support for latest release of PostgreSQL will be implemented ?
