Can't seem to compile on CentOS 6.9 #90

Has anyone successfully built this FDW on CentOS 6.9. Myriad of issues, mostly around builds. Following this github page and http://raghavt.blogspot.com/2015/06/compiling-write-able-mongofdw-extension.html for help.
