i also tried to create mysql_fdw.dll for windows 2012 R2 and windows 10 . even i trying to compiled from mysql C library , but still couldn't get success. i followed these link -

Hi,

Currently, mysql_fdw is not supported on the Windows platform. Also, we don't have any immediate plan to support this on windows. You may try the other supported platform. Thanks.
