HandleException is throwing "Windows Principal functionality is not supported on this platform." error when run on Linux environment. #2

HandleException method is throwing "Windows Principal functionality is not supported on this platform." error when run on Linux environment. This issue is happening when exception is meant to be logged only with this config

@Chavoshi , I have sent a pull request for this issue.

Tested with the package 6.1.17-rc and issue is resolved, I will close this issue.
