The buzz does not fizz #468

I ran a QA analysis on the buzzfizz but it does not work. The buzz is not fizzing. Please fix this issue.

Could you include some information about how much the fizz is buzzing? That could help to illuminate the issue.

The fizz is buzzing at a capacity of 100% but the buzz does not fizz at all :(

That illuminates the issue greatly. Could you provide the associated log files, I will need log files for the fizzer, the buzzer, the fizzbuzzer, and the buzzfizzer if possible. And make sure to run the program in two independent VMs under Windows vista with Microsoft Office so the Excel API can be utilized. Once I have the appropriate log files for each VM I can submit a request to bring the issue to the managing adviser in the department of issue management.
