after name = 'type' a semicolon is missing

From here on the exercise does not work. PowerShell modules are missing, RBAC does not work.

In Lab: Wndows Admin Center (Lab 2), Exercise 2, Task 1, the semicolon after name = 'type' is not necessary, if the two key/value-pairs of the hash table are written on separate lines, as it is indicated in the instructions.

The problem with Task 2 is solved in #332

RBAC can be applied. However, sometimes the authentication of restricted users does not work correctly. A restart of the target server solves the problem temporary.
