Header Foreground Fix #16

So, I only actually changed one line in this (the Foreground in NotificationHeaderTextStyle), but the XAML Styler extension did some modification on the file based on its global settings... If need be, I can redo the PR to exclude the style updates - let me know!

amkuchta That's not a problem. Thanks for the fix. We keep the master branch synced with releases. Can I merge and publish?
