nuke submit broken #22

Currently nuke submit is not working - possibly due to absubmit changes and
multiple outputs?

A frameListN is expected for each outputPathN

It should really use the global frameList if a specific one doesn't exist.

Eric has requested being able to specify a frame range per output, so changes 
to the
submit dialog will be required still.

Eric also asked about Nuke submitter making a copy of a the nuke script, and the
submitter being launched so that the Nuke UI is still usable.
