[More Animals] Support non-vanilla farm animal skins #61

Use the farm animal types from Data/FarmAnimals pulled on GameLaunched instead of the hardcoded ones to support mods that add new animals such as BFAV (https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/3296). Still supports BabyDuck without the hardcoded value
Changed AnimalSkin types to strings to support the dictionary keys. Pets are still hardcoded and should use ToString to continue support

Hey there! I'm making my way through the popular farm animal mods to enable support for non-vanilla farm animals. My mod BFAV allows players to add new types of animals and currently with the hard-coded values, they don't get considered for skins with More Animals.

Decided to branch off of Pathos' branch first. I'll push a similar PR against develop if you'd like to support the new animals.

Actually, seems like the sprites for baby animals aren't working well in this base. Closing and will keep PR on develop open.
