MIDI import doesn't understand multi-instrument Type 0 MIDI files #49

Type 0 MIDI files with different instruments on different channels don't import properly, showing only one track in the Import dialog, and importing all the notes from all the instruments at once.

Fixed back in September in version 1.1.18.
