Github fails to render notebooks #69

Github seems to have changed it's notebook viewer. Notebooks that can be visualized on nbviewer.jupyter.org fail to render on Github. I'm sure it has nothing to do with Devel::IPerl.

seems to have been an issue with github, not iperl; it works now
