Needs an alternate to sectien 2.3 with this :

pk-Composite-or PUBLIC-KEY ::= {
       IDENTIFIER id-composite-or-key
       KEY CompositePublicKey
       PARAMS ARE absent
       PRIVATE-KEY CompositePrivateKey
}
