Fix a few typos #107

While reading the recent version of the draft I noticed a few cosmetic issues, which I addressed.

One other remark, the doc often says ie, which should normally be written as i.e.,. However, I left these unchanged because I am not a fan of "punctuation noise", and personally I prefer to rewrite the sentence a bit. For example: "no component signature may itself be a composite; ie the signature generation process MUST fail" -> "thus the signature generation process MUST fail...".

Thanks Alex. I manually reviewed the typos and fixed the remaining ones in #139
