CMS-lite vs CMS-profile vs full CMS #10

We have three design options:

  1. "CMS-lite": We define new ASN.1 structures which are similar to CMS, but not actually CMS.

  2. "CMS-profile": We define which features of CMS we are allowing to be used here.

  3. "Full CMS": all present and future features of CMS are allowed here.
