Support for Y700 Pressure/Depth sensor #29

YosemiTech has developed a prototype Y700 Submersible Pressure Transducer / Water Depth sensor for Clean Water Services.

We need to get the Y700 Modbus Map into this repo and test it here and in Modular Sensors.
