Review new YosemiTech Modbus Manuals for changes #5

In December 2017 we received a number of updates to the YosemiTech Modbus Instruction manuals, packaged on the CD that came with the USB-Converter & DeveloperKit sent by YosemiTech with our newest sensors in Dec. 2017.

I renamed and posted these new manuals, along with our old manuals, here: https://github.com/EnviroDIY/YosemitechModbus/tree/master/doc

@SRGDamia1, it's probably worth reviewing these for changes to any instructions.

NOTE 1: I Renamed the old manuals w/ version numbers, and shortened and harmonized file names. Modbus manuals are based on sensor software version, whereas User manuals have their own version number. See https://github.com/EnviroDIY/YosemitechModbus/commit/856541ea2e5cd1354775bb971e3964203e5021b1

Note 2: The turbidity manual didn't get an update, so that's not the issue with #3.

I've been keeping an eye on manuals, and all new sensors are continuing to work, so I think this one can be closed.
