Add coveralls #14

I've added coveralls to nyc and did some code cleanup.

Can you check it out, @lechup? Not sure if I did it right (as I never connected those to an opensource project).

I've also swapped the urls to build/coverage images so that they point to master branch. Didn't find any information, how should I do it dynamically per the branch that you are currently in, so I assume that there's no such thing?

Oh, it kind-of takes care of #9, or at least what we came up with.
