Compare MRE classification with ECTO

ECTO's classification is based entirely on CHEBI and our OWL defs. MRE is manual.

In have aligned ECTO and MRE, and compared classifications:

• potential new edges for MRE based on ECTO
• missing edges in ECTO based on MRE

I will break down the categories here:

• [ ] organochlorine compounds - #11
• [ ] phytoestrogens - #10
• [ ] inorganic compounds - #13

The goal here is to recapitulate the assertions via inference (unless the assertions are wrong), and to avoid inferred things that are not asserted (unless they are should be there).

In this case it sounds like we need a new CHEBI class with our desired semantics
