Geological feature, a part of the solid Earth, seems to be where features like mountains are classified. There still is perhaps a related concept called "geographic feature" in EnvO defined as "A part of an astronomical body which is primarily composed of a continuous volume of solid material, shaped by one or more environmental processes." Mountain would satisfy this definition but is not classed here. "Park" is an example of a subclass though. Perhaps there are more distinctions to make to place "park" here and not "mountains." "Geographic feature" is also described as being "depopulated". Does this mean that it will eventually become empty or that the class still makes sense and will just have fewer subclasses?
