Merge agricultural process into agriculture #1093

For coordination with AgrO, ENVO_01001246 shuold be obsoleted and subclasses transferred to ENVO_01001442. Add synonym "agricultural process" to agriculture.

Add note to "agriculture" to look for subclasses in AgrO.

I favor keeping agricultural process as the label

Unless the intent is to make each individual process part of agriculture
