WIP: Running a git mv for the ENVO editors director (confirm before merging) #1371

This PR is the consequence of running;

cd src/
git mv envo/ ontology/

For illustration purposes.

I would like to go down this path, please let me know what you think.

@matentzn I think we should still consider doing this, standardization is good, but I suspect this stale PR is not the best starting point. I will close but feel free to reopen if you do want to continue from this branch

I basically need this if we want to migrate ENVO to ODK! But maybe this is not a priority right now.
