About the request:

This request is to support a term request for the Canadian Antimicrobial Resistance Genomics Research and Development Initiative (AMR-GRDI) specification being developed and maintained by the Centre for Infectious Disease Genomics and One Health (affiliated with FOODON & GENEPIO ontologies). This term was requested by the AMR-GRDI workgroup as an "environmental material" for sample/isolate contextual data descriptions.
