Created new term geological formation process

This PR proceeds on the basis that geological formation pertains to the formation of geology-scale entities, but this may be mistaken and the intent of #1342 is more at the level of formation of rock material

-'geological formation process': 'environmental system process' and ('results in formation of' some ('solid astronomical body part' or 'planetary landmass'))

• 'snow and ice accumulation process' (inferred placement; dubious)
• 'thermokarst formation process' (inferred placement; correct)

Note: I think we want "island formation process" to be inferred here, but it's not
