Consolidate biome issues

Now that #865 has been addressed, there are a number of incremental changes / updates to be made to normalise the astronomical body part -> ecosystem -> biome hierarchies. This issue will remain open until those are done.

I was going to work on the participates in some climactic ecosystem succession for the "biomes" listed above now.

All of the classes listed above with checkboxes are now asserted to participate in some 'climactic ecosystem succession', and so are inferred to be biomes, as part of closed PR https://github.com/EnvironmentOntology/envo/pull/1459
