re-label 'coniferous forest biome', an asserted subclass of 'needleleaf forest' #1463

'coniferous forest biome' is a subclass of 'needleleaf forest'. It would be better to use consistent language.

However, 'coniferous forest biome' has suclasses that consistently use the 'coniferous' language.

So I don't think there's a fix that only touches one class
