The defs of ENVO's bodily fluids suggest the classes should be in UBERON or a body fluid ontology. These should be updated to match the general idea that ENVO:blood is an ENVO:environmental material composed primarily of some UBERON:blood. Similar thinking to ENVO:water vs CHEBI:water.

@uberon UBERON doesn't seem to have "pus", "tears", or "ear wax" - are there different labels for these?

Existing classes mostly handled. Free text defs need to be revised to distinguish between 'pure' fluids and environmental materials.

"sweat" still needs an import. The hierarchy differs from UBERON's and should be aligned.
