Add processes relevant to disasters in SDGIO #247

Check terms off as they are represented. Unchecked terms were not (yet) added to ENVO. If this issue is closed with unchecked terms, those terms were not deemed suitable for ENVO.

Building collapses could be in ENVO process, but - on first approximation - transport accidents seem out of place there.

Adding urban flooding and areal flooding too, as well as a bunch of flood related classes like meltwater (thus melting process and so on).

For epidemics and diseases, DOID and IDO have epidemic classes. These should be added to the imports.

We can create defined classes which can be populated by inference using taxonomy (e.g. 'viral epidemic').
