NTR: human dwelling #264

This would be a subclasss of constructed feature and an inferred parent to human house. We need this term for PCO definition of household.

Proposed definition: A self-contained constructed feature used by one or more households as a home, such as a house, apartment, mobile home, houseboat or other 'substantial' structure. A dwelling typically includes nearby outbuildings, sheds etc. within the curtilage of the property, excluding any 'open fields beyond'. It has significance in relation to search and seizure, conveyancing of real property, burglary, trespass, and land use planning.

Definition source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dwelling accessed 11/25/2015

Wikipedia used "accommodation" instead of "constructed feature" but that is undefined in ENVO. Problem with this definitions is that this leaves "home" as undefined.

Sorry for the delay! Missed the notification. #266 reminded me.

That def needs quite a lot of cleaning up :astonished: - I'll add an editor note to that effect. I mean 'open fields beyond'?

"accommodation" is problematic, again sounds like an inferred class - roughly any construction which provides sustained or regular shelter to some human. Tenure rights etc can be factored in later. "home" is an even more complex entity. Thoughts on where we should attempt it? Possibly SDGIO as that will attract the social domains.
