We haven't included instruments in ENVO so far. @pbuttigieg should we? Or is there a better home? What about OBI? Although these are not biological, do we expect overlap when we get to instruments used to measure plant phenotypes and environments for example?

@cmungall We could, but OBI seems like a more natural home. If they prefer not to have these kinds of instruments, we can import their device branch and add/maintain it pending the creation of a sensing device ontology or similar.

@gyselbeer do you need to describe the instrument itself or the environment around that instrument? I did add the term requested in #450
