ENVO has an underground water class, which may be sufficient.

Tagging @fklan, who raised the issue. @fklan, please note that we've started an AquaDiva project to keep track of any future requests.

Turns out that underground water was too general and was marked in need of refinement anyway. The groundwater class is now bound to aquifers while underground water is more general. No obsoletions were performed as the definitions were permissive.
