Add xrefs for Getty TGN terms #73

There are already quite a few in synonyms.
I've attached a file derived from http://www.getty.edu/vow/TGNPlacePopup

Beware of constructions with special characters like:
"former group of nations/states/cities"
"former nation/state/empire"
"moat(s)"
"moor(s)"
"Han (Chinese)"

Also, I'm not sure if we can support "former" entities as ENVO classes, e.g.
"former island","former landmass" etc

we already have TGN xrefs:

[Term]
id: ENVO:00000011
name: garden
def: "An enclosure for displaying selected plant or animal life."
[Geonames:feature]
synonym: "cropland" RELATED [USGS:SDTS]
synonym: "garden" EXACT [Geonames:feature]
synonym: "PARK" RELATED [USGS:SDTS]
synonym: "park" RELATED [ADL:FTT]
xref: FTT:31
xref: FTT:743
xref: Geonames:GDN
xref: TGN:53010
xref: Wikipedia:Garden
is_a: ENVO:00000002 ! anthropogenic geographic feature

not sure how complete these are or if they tie up with the attached file (which
has no IDs)

Seems that we have ADL and Geonames xrefs too. Would be good to have some sort
of automatic update/verification routines (although I'm not sure how often
these lists are updated). I'll try to find more complete listing with IDs for
these resources.

One can download a sample of the TGN place types vocabulary with codes from:
http://www.getty.edu/research/tools/vocabularies/obtain/download.html

This would be the TGN_PTYPES.xml file in the XML download.

"The full XML data file for the TGN is around 150,000 kilobytes in size. The
sample available here is a small subset of the TGN. The next data release will
take place in July 2013."
