Reopening as the results need to be evaluated

Most are obvious, but some not, due to lack of IGNS defintions. E.g. is 'reef' a coral reef, or the more general 'marine reef'?

Also some terms still unmapped

Note that the location and format will change (format will switch to SSSOM)

The main columns to look at are 1-4

I have no idea why some like "sea" were not mapped in the first pass. I think many of these are in ENVO. I just haven't had time to check. We may need to add a few terms
