Add design pattern for ecosystem and biome #792

I suggest adding a DP for ecosystem and biome. This can serve a number of purposes.

The first is documentational - the description in the yaml can server as a single authoritative source for editors of the ontology to understand precisely how ENVO models these kinds of things (we are working on ways of making this look nice for end users too).

The other is for OWL automatic classification, ensuring consistency of logical definitions, and automatic checking of overall classification of the ontology. I note a lot of the subclasses of biome and ecosystem have no OWL definition, despite being compositional.

I suspect there may be a few areas here where we have incomplete classification, e.g. #790

There are other areas where I am not sure if there is an unintentional classification or assertion, e.g. #791

@cmungall This could complement the work I'm doing using robot templates as a design pattern for the JGI GOLD/EBI microbiomes. Where @pbuttigieg was think we have a microbiome (or microbial biome) be a subclass of biome which is linked to a PCO:microbial community.

It would probably make sense to have a microbiome term for every biome (but not vice versa as a host-associated or engineered environment would have a microbiome i.e. human gut but not a biome).
