Marking countries like Yugoslavia as historic/archaic

In order to avoid including archaic nations in a "nation" selection list, we need an object property for marking them as such, perhaps using "instance of" "historical country" as wikidata does?

@cmungall @lschriml I think this is another reason to merge/integrate with wikidata - keeping up with these things is vitally important for many GAZ users. Historically, this may not have been the case due to GAZ's application range in biology. Now, however, we have a larger user base.
