Particularly for country names, several groups publish official names that must be used (e.g. UNGEGN, the UN itself, referencing ISO etc).
GAZ should probably have an AP for "UN official name" etc, populated with these values.
We can then export OWL/JSON-LD files for each official list, with the official name as the primary label, the relevant codes if any, and the GAZ IRI.
