CV Embeddable #74

Creates an embeddable CV carousel at /community-voices/public/embeddable.php. Filters can be applied to what slides appear by creating URLs in the same way one would search for slides on the dedicated page. Content category buttons can be toggled by optionally including #buttons in the URL.

Feel free to merge and get live and then go ahead and email John and Rowan with a link. Then maybe find time to do a brief call with me where we can plan out a way of doing this that might be better?

One thing I realized after approving is that the buttons are not accessible without scrolling ... but I really think John gets into a bit too much of an atmosphere of it's not worth showing unless it's perfect, and that's really not the case here. I think we should ship this version before fixing the height to incorporate buttons. (For reference, it is very very hard to adjust the slide height with your current setup ... we can talk through how to get it to work better at some other time)
