wasAssociatedWith inconsistent after expansion of binding. #4

Hi, as discussed in email with @aspinuso we are having an issue where the associatedWith() lines display inconsistencies in the order of the arguments. I have enclosed to bindings and their expansion results as well as the template that the bindings were made from. The revision we use is 04b6ccca5c9c4e7b121a0c4567e6b628352f3a6f because a later version causes an exception. Hi Doron,

I created pull request #5 that fixes this issue. We are currently using this fix implemented on commit 04b6ccca5c9c4e7b121a0c4567e6b628352f3a6f because of issue #3.

With commit 0720912b9880df8f474f5daa8104a73277a6a657 this issue seems fixed.
