The Enzoic package has a dependency for BouncyCastle 1.8.9 or higher. This library has been marked as deprecated. The recommended replacement is BouncyCastle.Cryptography the package details can be found here: https://www.nuget.org/packages/BouncyCastle.Cryptography/
