[CI] Updating Enzyme forces LLVM rebuild #86

No priority, just to keep track of it, since I think that's unnecessary (?)

Also this PR seems odd: https://github.com/EnzymeAD/rust/actions/runs/8499219181/job/23279786769 I had two commits and this time it looks like it neither rebuilds llvm (Good) nor enzyme (bad).
