AFAIK, the UI for this App has been designed at https://github.com/EnzymeFunctionInitiative/EFIToolsKBase/blob/main/ui/narrative/methods/run_EFI_GNT_View_Saved_Diagrams. The task is making the front end meet with the backend, designed by Sahas (NCSA).

User input is the sqlite file output from the GNT App/nextflow pipeline. The HTML report should provide a link to the external GND viewer (e.g. https://efi.igb.illinois.edu/dev/efi-gnt/view_diagrams.php?upload-id=2731&key=6147c29e7c4b09f676bb4067f883405dad86398b). Include instructions in the HTML report, links to tutorials, etc.
