Update skyh5 reader after changes to skyh5 format #296

There are some significant changes coming soon to the skh5 format. We need to update the reader in FHD after those are implemented. See this pyradiosky PR: https://github.com/RadioAstronomySoftwareGroup/pyradiosky/pull/186
