Errors running in 4pol mode with UVF inputs #139

Trying to run with UVF inputs produced by FHD in 4pol mode errors at line 587 of fhd_file_setup with the message FHD_FILE_SETUP: Data are in a pointer array, format unknown.

@bhazelton Examples of the 4pol UVF files that are causing this error are saved on S3 at s3://mwa-data/diffuse_survey/fhd_rlb_subtract_diffuse_and_GLEAM_Aug2020/1131454296_even_gridded_uvf.sav and s3://mwa-data/diffuse_survey/fhd_rlb_subtract_diffuse_and_GLEAM_Aug2020/1131454296_odd_gridded_uvf.sav. Each file is 16.6 GB.
