Norm for inverse covariance when using std_power transform #25

Attempt at normalization for the inverse covariance option. Currently only available when the standard fourier transform is done (in frequency). I don't know how to approach the normalization when using the Lomb-Scargle.

Bryna, can you do a quick once-over? If you got an idea for normalization with the LS, that would be cool too.
